There's a 2014 Jayco Jayflight 28BHBE travel trailer under an 18x40 Carolina carport. The Jayco has an 18' awning, 50 amp wiring, slide-out LR, kitchen, bath, outdoor shower & bunkbeds- sleeps 10. Only has delivery miles on it & very little use. The carport measures 18x40x12, rain gutters run down both sides that funnel the water down PVC piping into 2x650 gallon water tanks. Installed on the carport roof are 4x100 watt solar panels that run through Morningstar solar change controller into 4 deep cycle RV batteries. There is 400 watt AC power inverter inside the RV.
